The order had originally come without the personalization as this was a gift. when I explained what happened and my tight time line the owner worked incredibly hard to correct the order and get it to me in enough time to give it as a gift. Looks great! The locking feature is easy to use. I love the size of the lettering inside. Love that it doesnt look like a pill case at all. Also, i appreciate that the packing materials were all plastic-free.
