What are InnoLab cases made from?

Every InnoLab case is 3D printed from PLA, a bioplastic made from fermented plant sugars. Cases are printed to order in the USA from imported materials.

Are your pill organizers child-resistant?

No. Our cases are storage and carrying cases, not child-resistant packaging. Keep them out of reach of children and pets.

What size is the Glidra weekly pill organizer?

The Glidra measures 8 in long by 1.5 in wide with seven compartments. It comes in two depths: Standard at 0.5 in and Deep at 1.0 in.

Can I put my case in the dishwasher?

No. PLA begins to soften at roughly 55 to 60 degrees Celsius, which is inside a dishwasher's normal operating range. Hand wash in lukewarm water with mild soap and air dry with the lids open.

Can I take a pill organizer through airport security?

Yes. TSA allows pill organizers in both carry-on and checked bags, and does not require pills to stay in their original prescription bottles.

What colors can I choose?

The Glidra comes in Navy, Olive, Beige, and Pink, and you choose the case color and the lid color separately. The Zodiac pill box comes in twelve constellations across four colors.

Do you still sell the Roto Daily or the Zodiac pencil cases?

No. Both have been discontinued. Our current pill cases are the Glidra weekly organizer and the Zodiac weekly pill box.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard US shipping takes 5 to 7 business days and expedited takes 2 to 3. International delivery typically takes 10 to 21 business days.

Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and chosen method.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to select countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

What is your return policy?

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, in original unused condition with proof of purchase. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
